Permissions Explained

Dummy Filler requests the following permissions to function properly:

activeTab

Access is only granted to the current tab when you trigger the extension. We cannot access other tabs without your explicit action.

storage

Used solely to save your language preference locally on your device.

scripting

Used to inject the form-filling script when triggered by you. This allows the extension to fill forms on the page you're viewing.

contextMenus

Adds a right-click menu option for convenience, allowing you to access the extension easily from any page.

How It Works
